Deposit To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of AU $500 inc GST. If bookings are made within fourteen (14) calendar days before the event/shoot date, then full payment is required. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit or full payment is received and until this time other bookings may be confirmed in place of requested date. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason including but not limited to; weather, illness, injury, family emergency, work commitments, change of financial circumstance, change of mind, or any other reason. We understand some extenuating circumstances out of your control can alter plans, however in an effort to run a sustainable business, we cannot make exceptions regardless of the circumstance. Final Balance The final balance, less deposit, must be received by the due date fourteen (14) calendar days before the event/shoot date. You may receive reminders in the lead up to the due date. If payment is not made by due date, Bluu Media House reserves the right to cancel your booking, forfeiting your deposit, and in its place allowing other bookings. To avoid this please ensure final balance is paid well before the due date.

The amount of coverage provided is dependent on the package chosen and must be consecutive hours from start time. Any travel between various locations must be included within your chosen package time frame. Drone Policy If you have selected a package with a drone, then a drone may be use but is not mandatory. Drone must be flown within CASA rules and regulations. If done is not used for your particular package, the pricing will not change.

As a Gold Coast based company, events taking place outside of this location may incur a non-refundable pre-paid additional travel fee which may include car travel, airfares, accommodation. Payment for travel expenses will be advise via quoting process and usually requested to be pre-paid when placing a deposit.

Standard and Express Delivery We care immensely for every video we make and take a lot of pride in our work. Whilst we always deliver as soon as possible, all good things take time. Your standard delivery timeframe is outlined in the chosen package, but generally we request up to 8 weeks or more in busier months. If your video is time-sensitive you may be eligible for express delivery which will incur an additional fee. Delivery Method Videos are delivered via email with a Dropbox link and clear instructions to download in high quality version. We have found this is the fastest, most efficient and eco-friendly method. Once you have received the delivery email we encourage you to save two copies of your video; one one your computer and one online as a back up (just in case). Please be mindful the DropBox link we provide is temporary only and will expire after thirty (30) days.

We want you to love your video. So all packages include at least one minor revision e.g. removing a scene or particular angle. Any major or additional revisions or editing changes outside of your package do require additional time and thus will incur an additional fee.

Refund Policy If you wish to cancel anytime in the lead up to the event/shoot, we're able to offer you a refund of all payments less AU $500 inc GST non refundable deposit and less any pre-paid travel expenses. Once the event/shoot has commended, no refunds are available. By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the Bluu Media House website I hereby grant permission for Bluu Media House to the rights of my image, video or likeness. I understand that my image, video or likeness may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse commercial settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes: commercial presentations, online music video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc), television or broadcast media distribution, social media. By agreeing to this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public business settings.

Terms and Conditions Compliance By entering competitions/contests/giveaways hosted by Bluu Media House all contestants agree to all specific rules, guidelines, terms or conditions outlined by Bluu Media House, other affiliate companies, and their products/services. Hosted By All competitions/contests/giveaways hosted on the Bluu Media House website or socials is hosted by Bluu Media House. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or other social media accounts, unless otherwise specifically listed. Location of Entrants Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated. Location of Entrants Open to winner/s worldwide, unless otherwise stated. Winner/s Winners will be chosen at random. Entrants must send entries using the specific entry information and mode requested in the contest announcement. Bluu Media House are not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Winner/s will be announced publicly on Instagram and informed privately via instagram message. Winner/s will have 72 hours to respond to private Instagram message with their name, email address and postal address. If winner doesn't respond within 72 hours they will forfeit the prize and prize. Transfer / Credit / Refund / Extension / Substitution of Prize Winner/s may not request transfers, credits, refunds, extensions or substitutions of any kind for any reason. If you cannot accept the prize as is the prize will be forfeited. We cannot make exceptions regardless of the circumstance whether it be change of mind, illness, injury, pregnancy, family emergency, work commitment, change of financial circumstance, weather or any other reason. Changes and Guidelines to Terms and Conditions Bluu Media House reserves the right to alter any rule, guideline, terms or condition at any time as they see fit. Release By participating in any competition offered on the website you release Bluu Media House and/or the sponsor of the contest/sweepstakes/giveaway and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of any contest or sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the contest or sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. What We Do With Your Information When you purchase or make a booking on this site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
